1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, all item tags must be intact in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within Five days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Fragrance Item 
  • Toys
  •  Men & Women innerwear, Men’s Vests, Women’s Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks & hosiery
  • Leggings
  • Personalized items
  • Baby: Bathing and Accessories including FMCG; Diapering (Pads, Covers, Nappy Liners, Wet Wipes); Feeding Bottles, Breastfeeding products, Teethers; Baby Personal Care; Baby Hair & Skin Care Products
  • Occupational Health & Safety Products (masks, gloves, safety glasses etc.)
  • Car Tires, Car Care, Chemicals & Fluids, Engine Oils
  • Gold Coins / Gold Vedhanis / Gold Chips / Gold Bars / Silver Coins / Silver Bars / Silver Chips / Silver Bullion / Rakhi
  • Grocery & Gourmet
  • Personal Care Appliances: Oral Care Products and Appliances
  • Fertilizers, Seeds, Live Plants
  • Beauty
  • All inner apparel, socks, gym supporters, guards, swimsuits
  • Wax candles, Wall stickers
  • Pet Food, Pet Shampoos and Conditioners, Pest Control, harnesses, aquarium supplies and Pet Grooming Aids

3. Return Process

Follow these steps if you are using shop.prommarketing.co.in website on Desktop:

Click on Returns & Orders on the top menu bar.
Scroll to select the item that you want to return.
Click on Return and enter the Reason for return and Tell us more.
Click on Continue.
Choose the refund mechanism under How can we make it right. Click on continue.
Choose the pickup address date and time. That’s it, your return is scheduled. Click confirm.
Note:
You do not need to print any return documentation.
A refund request will be initiated for your order when the returned package is received by Amazon.
To check the status of your refund, click on the relevant order and select View Return/Refund Status.

Your Orders
If you are returning a Pay on Delivery order, you can choose a refund through NEFT to Bank Account. For NEFT to Bank Account, you’ll need to add a bank account for refund.
If your return electronic device stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. PROM Marketing shall not be responsible for any misuse or usage of such information.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
